RETURN POLICY

Glemusic Return Policy

Effective Date: September 26, 2025

I. Scope of Application

This Return Policy applies to all toy and model products (collectively, the "Products") sold by Glemusic (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") through its online platform, except as otherwise expressly provided by laws, regulations, or the Store. This policy applies to products purchased by consumers for personal use; for commercial purchases, custom products, or products with separate agreements, the specific order terms apply.

II. 30-Day Unconditional Return Policy

1. Return Period: Within 30 days from midnight on the day after the buyer actually signs for the product (based on the logistics receipt time), consumers may unconditionally request a return and refund (excluding shipping costs) provided the product meets the "Intact Condition Standard" set forth in Section 3 of this Policy.

2. Eligibility: Products must be unopened, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. The product itself, accessories, gifts, packaging, instructions, invoice, etc. must be returned intact. Anti-counterfeiting labels and serial numbers must not be damaged or altered.

III. Circumstances Not Applicable for the Seven-Day Unconditional Return Policy

The following circumstances are not eligible for the seven-day unconditional return policy (but quality issues or other legally required circumstances do not preclude returns and exchanges):

- Customized products, products assembled or engraved to customer specifications, or custom-made products;

- Fresh, perishable, or easily deteriorating products (if applicable);

- Unsealed audio and video software, sealed personal hygiene products, and other products where unsealing compromises hygiene and safety, or where resale is required;

- Products explicitly not eligible for the seven-day unconditional return policy or where platform regulations prohibit returns;

- Products damaged or malfunctioning due to improper use by the consumer.

IV. Quality Issues and After-Sales Guarantee

1. If a product has a quality issue, is seriously inconsistent with the product description, or is damaged during transportation, consumers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. If the defect is easily concealed and the claim is made after 30 days, consumers may still claim rights under relevant laws and regulations.

2. When applying, please provide your order number, product photos/videos (proving the issue), purchase receipt, and relevant instructions. After verification, we will cover the relevant round-trip shipping costs (unless otherwise agreed by the platform or logistics company).

3. If an exchange is required and the same item is temporarily out of stock, we will negotiate a refund or exchange with another item and provide appropriate compensation.

V. Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service: Please send your return request to our customer service email at tuyetcapsang@gmail.com. Please include your order number, reason for return, product name, photo/video evidence, and contact information.

2. Review and Confirmation: We will review and respond to your request within 2 business days (postponed during holidays) upon receipt.

3. Return: After review and approval, please return the item, along with its complete packaging, accessories, and invoice, to the designated address as instructed by customer service. To protect consumer rights, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number.

4. Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will complete the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be made to the consumer's original payment account. If payment channels are restricted, the parties may negotiate alternative reasonable refund methods. Refunds will be processed by the payment channel.

VI. Shipping and Expenses

1. Unconditional Returns: The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This store does not cover round-trip shipping costs. (This store will cover round-trip shipping costs in cases of product quality issues or incorrect shipments.)

2. For returns or exchanges due to quality issues or our fault, the store will bear the associated shipping costs. Upon verification of the fault, we may advance or refund the consumer's actual shipping costs (with valid receipts).

VII. Refund Instructions

1. The refund amount is based on the actual amount paid by the consumer (excluding return shipping costs borne by the consumer and any additional service fees agreed to by the consumer).

2. If the product is depreciated, missing accessories, or severely damaged in packaging, affecting resale, this store reserves the right to deduct reasonable losses from the refund amount. The deduction criteria will be calculated based on actual circumstances and industry practices, and the reasons and details will be provided to the consumer.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between the parties regarding a return, the dispute should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the consumer may file a complaint with the Consumers' Association or file a lawsuit in a People's Court with jurisdiction over the matter.

IX. Other Notes

1. This store reserves the right of final interpretation of this Return Policy and may adjust its content in accordance with national laws, regulations, and platform rules. Major changes will be notified to consumers via website announcements or other reasonable means.
