1. Orders with a total purchase price (excluding taxes and coupons) of $50 or more are eligible for free shipping (Standard Shipping).

2. If the discounted purchase price is less than $50, the shipping fee will be charged based on the selected shipping method.

3. If your order includes items with significant weight, volume, or special handling requirements, you may not be eligible for free shipping. The store will notify you of this at checkout.

III. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

1. Shipping Methods: We typically offer the following shipping options (see checkout for specific options):

- Standard Shipping: Economical, suitable for most non-urgent orders; delivery time is typically 7–21 business days (international orders vary by destination).

- Expedited Shipping: Expedited processing and shipping; delivery time is typically 3–7 business days.

2. Delivery time is calculated from the date the item is shipped (the date the item is handed over to the carrier). Specific arrival times may be affected by destination customs, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier capacity, so please understand that delays may occur.

3. After your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and shipping information so you can monitor its status in real time.

IV. Shipping and Processing Time

1. Order Processing: Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing times may be extended during certain promotions or holidays; any delays will be notified by email.

2. Stock and Out-of-Stock: If an item is out of stock or requires longer lead time, we will contact you by email as soon as possible after receiving your order to provide an estimated shipping time or cancel your order and issue a refund.

5. Duties and Import Taxes

1. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless taxes are indicated as included during checkout.

2. We cannot control or predict the customs tax policies and standards of each country. We recommend that you check with your local customs or relevant authorities before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages detained, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid taxes and fees, but we will provide necessary assistance and relevant documents.

6. Address and Signature

1. Please ensure that the delivery address, recipient's name, contact number, and other information you provide are accurate. If a package cannot be delivered, is detained, or is returned due to incorrect information provided, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee or refuse to refund.

2. If you require a change of address, please contact our customer service (tuyetcapsang@gmail.com) as soon as possible. If the package has already been shipped and the carrier does not allow the change, we will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee a successful change.

3. Some destinations may require a signature. If no signature is found for the package, resulting in a return or detention, the buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs.

VII. Package Loss, Damage, and Missing Items

3. If the delivery service indicates that your package has been signed for but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors, the front desk, or the surrounding area. If you still can't find it, please contact us within 7 days of signing for assistance. Returns not received within the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

VIII. Return and Exchange Shipping Policy

1. Return or exchange shipping policies vary depending on the product:

- Returns or exchanges due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment will be borne by the store.

- Returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, etc.) will be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Returns must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and gifts, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
